DUNDEE IN LOS ANGELES" TAKES ADVANTAGE OF FILMPORT'S SERVICES The people behind the movie Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles, directed by Simon Wincer and starring Paul Hogan, shed light on the outstanding international and mobile advantages of Filmport: "We used it on (Paramount's) Crocodile Dundee 3 and it was really cool." says Rosemary Marks, a Los Angeles-based Production Coordinator. "Even if the crew were out of reach, it was still easy to change their call times, and to continually update important info. And with the schedule right there, you don't have to call everyone if you need to make changes; they just check what you've done." Filmport VPO proved especially useful on Dundee since the production spread across two distant locations. "I was in Los Angeles, and the producers were travelling back and forth to our production offices in Australia," Marks says. "When they were on the other side of the world, you could put info in and have them access it immediately."
